1.Technical Process

Vitamin D3 500 Powder Feed Grade is obtained by dispersing an oily solution of cholecalciferol in an appropriate matrix which is usually based on a combination of gelatin and carbohydrates (sucrose and starch) of suitable quality, authorised by the competent authority. The concentrate may contain suitable stabilisers such as antioxidants (BHT) and fluidifying agent (Magnesium Aluminum Silicate).

Loss on drying:5% max

3. Analysis method of Assay HPLC. Mobile phase, n-hexane: n-pentanol=996:

4. Velocity, 2.0ml/min. Wavelength, 254nm.

4. Usage As additives in feed premixes.

5. Packing 25kg paper cartons lined with food grade PE bags.

 6. Stability and storage Stored under dry, cool and dark condition and avoid moisture, water or heat. The shelf life is 24 months.
